The students are entitled to register as borrowers and use their student card. Without it, they cannot borrow or renew any material.
Books may be borrowed for 15 days and may be renewed three times for more 15 days, if another library user does not need them.
Fines are charged for overdue books: 0,15 € per day, each book, (calculated automatically by the circulation system).
All journals, Master thesis, reference books (dictionaries, etc.), articles, must be used in the Library.
The Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) computers, are for reference and library research use only. Databases or Internet searching is available in the Computer Room.
Second year students have the right to order maximum 30 articles. Requests may be submitted by filling out the appropriate request form (available in the library) and signed by their coordinator.
Photocopy cards are valued as 5 € for 100 photocopies, and 2,5 € for 50 photocopies.
There is a one-time charge of 2.5 € as deposit for the plastic card, and is returned to the holder of the card when he/she returns the card back to the Library.
All Library services stop 15 minutes before the Library closes for the day.
There is no food or drinks allowed in the Library.
All bags and briefcases must be checked before entering the reading room.
Please leave books or articles on the tables after use.
All users are responsible for the good condition of the material when they return it to the Library.
Any loss of library materials must be reported immediately. Lost books must be replaced.
Borrowers may purchase replacement copies at their own expense, or borrower is obliged to pay to the Library the current price of the book.
In both cases a surcharge of 30 euro is compulsory.
This replacement cost is not refundable if the item is subsequently found.
Borrowing rights are normally suspended until payment has been made.
