Participants are asked to register by July 14th, 2011.

The registration fees include:

For regular participants. Admission to all sessions, conference bag with the programme, coffee breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner, lunches during the conference days, transportation from the designated hotels to/from MAICh.

For students. Admission to all sessions, conference bag with the programme, coffee breaks, welcome reception, lunches during the conference days and transportation from the designated hotels to/from MAICh.
Students should forward a copy of their student identification card or a signed letter from the head of their department certifying their student status. Post-doctoral researchers pay regular fees.

For Accompanying Persons. Welcome reception and gala dinner, Chania city tour.

Payment of the Registration fee can be performed either by credit card or by bank transfer.

Cancellation of registration and refunds

By 22th July 2011 Full refund minus 50 € as a handling fee
By 31st August 2011 60% of the registration fee will be refunded
After 1st September 2011 No refund


The conference secretariat must be notified in written of cancellation of registration. The appropriate refunds will be made available after the conference.
